Welcome to Serendipity Pilates Retreats.
A getaway, in the true sense of the word, this rebalancing retreat takes place deep in the Sri Lankan countryside and is run by friendly-sister duo, Laura and Hannah. Laura is a certified pilates instructor and chartered physiotherapist, and Hannah is a Sri Lankan resident who knows the island’s hidden gems as an insider.
Your six-day mindful getaway includes:
Daily sunrise and sunset pilates classes ending with mindfulness meditations with Laura.
A 1:1 tailored pilates session, with Laura.
6 nights half-board accommodation with fresh meals prepared daily by in-house chefs.
Pilates mats and equipment.
Double or twin en-suite villa accommodation with AC and private veranda and/or balcony.
Complimentary use of the villas pool, steam room, jacuzzi, library, pool-table and cinema.
Access to bikes and canoes for when you’re not taking guided pilates sessions.
